Silver Skies is a new rollercoaster at Knott's Berry Farm that reaches speeds of up to 150 mph. It is over 7,100 feet long and 400 feet tall, with tracks that are 5 feet wide made of sturdy steel. Riders must be between 4 and 7 feet tall, weigh 70-325 pounds, and fit in groups of 6 per cart. Construction of Silver Skies will take 6 months and cost $5 million, though other rides at the park usually cost $20 million.
