Concept 1 50-70 Foot-candles
Slim linear fixtures arm-mounted to the top of the laboratory shelving
structure or overhead service carrier create an integrated look and provide
light directly to the work surfaces below. The direct optical distribution
focuses the light on the work surfaces and maximizes the energy efficiency.
Undercounter task light provide more light. The fixtures would have
preprogrammed tuneable LED colored white light which would mimic the
color of the sun to improve workers circadian cycles. This would be done in
the Labs on the north side of the building that dont get any daylighting to
their work areas.

improve workers circadian cycles. This would be done in the Labs on
the north side of the building that dont get any daylighting to their

Concept 2 50-70 Foot-candles
Wall mounted asymmetric light located on either side of the perimeter
equipment illuminates the space below indirectly by lighting the
ceiling. This brightens the enclosed space and makes an otherwise
narrow space feel larger and more open. The fixtures would have
preprogrammed tuneable LED colored white light which would mimic
