The Project : Facility Management services – 1 unit in each panchayat comprising : • 5 category I Employee • 2 category II Employee • 2 category III Employee • 1 Coordinator – The Unit Will be Managed by the concerned local Janasree unit
The Project : Facility Management services – All activities in a district has to be managed by District Janasree mission – District Janasree Mission should Provide adequate Staff to co-Ordinate and monitor the District Level Activities – State Janasree Mission Should co-ordinate and Control all State level activities and should provide adequate Infrastructure and Staff
Benefits of Local Janasree Unit – Rs.25/hr for Employee Work – Min 150 hrs/month – Total of 9 Employees – Total benefits :- Rs.33,750/month – Janasree unit should provide toolboxes for the employee – Has to provide scooter for the employees – Janasree unit will get Rs.3/Km – The corresponding EMI and fuel charges will be covered with the above amount
Benefits of District Janasree Mission – Rs.5/hr for Employee Work – Min 150 hrs/month – Total of 9 Employees in 70 units – Total benefits :- Rs.4,72,500/month
Benefits of State Janasree Mission – Rs.1/hr for Employee Work – Min 150 hrs/month for a person – Total of 9 Employees ,15 units and 70 sub-units – Total benefits :- Rs.13,23,000/month
