This document outlines a skill development program with three categories of training: electrification/plumbing/construction, aluminum/ceiling fabrication, and stainless/mild steel fabrication. The program includes 1 month of classroom and 1 month of field training. Employees will be paid Rs. 65/hr during a 6 month probation and Rs. 10,000/month minimum after, with incentives for extra hours. The project facilitates maintenance services with employees in each panchayat unit. Local, district, and state Janasree missions provide oversight and receive payments based on employee hours worked to cover costs and support the program.

• Remuneration : Rs.10,000 acc. to Following Criteria
• Min 5 hrs/day
• Min 150 hrs/month (Including Sundays and Other Holidays)
• Rs.65/hr deducted for not meeting the above criteria

• Incentive of Rs.35/hr for every additional hours worked
• PF and ESI will be provided
• Two sets of Uniforms per year
• Monthly two days leave will be given
• Sunday’s work will get RS.35/hr without considering min hours criteria

– The Unit Will be Managed by the concerned local Janasree unit

– District Janasree Mission should Provide adequate Staff to co-Ordinate and
monitor the District Level Activities
– State Janasree Mission Should co-ordinate and Control all State level activities
and should provide adequate Infrastructure and Staff

– Rs.25/hr for Employee Work
– Min 150 hrs/month
– Total of 9 Employees
– Total benefits :- Rs.33,750/month
– Janasree unit should provide toolboxes for the employee
– Has to provide scooter for the employees
– Janasree unit will get Rs.3/Km
– The corresponding EMI and fuel charges will be covered with the above amount

Mission
– Rs.5/hr for Employee Work
– Min 150 hrs/month
– Total of 9 Employees in 70 units
– Total benefits :- Rs.4,72,500/month
11. Benefits of State Janasree
Mission
– Rs.1/hr for Employee Work
– Min 150 hrs/month for a person
– Total of 9 Employees ,15 units and 70 sub-units
– Total benefits :- Rs.13,23,000/month
