COMPARE
 Similarities – 1 Mark

 Differences – 1 Mark
Comparison between boiling and
Evaporation – (Process)
Similarities:-
Boiling and evaporation (Both) are a process in which
liquid changing into a gas and heat is absorbed.
Differences:-
 Evaporation takes place at all temperatures below
boiling point but boiling takes place at the boiling
  point only.
 Evaporation is a slow process, boiling is a very fast
  process
 - Evaporation - takes place from the surface of the liquid.

  - Boiling – throughout the liquid.
EXPLAIN WHY…
CARA MENJAWAB..
 USE WHAT AND WHY..

                WHAT

Renal artery has thicker wall because it
carries blood in higher pressure.

                                     WHY
Knowing the limitation of
  measuring apparatus

            Measuring cylinder can
       35
            Measure the volume of liquid
            up to 0.1 ml accuracy.

       34

            34.2cm³
            =

            or 34.2 ml
Burette

          27
               Burette can measure up to
               0.1 ml accuracy

          28

                =27.8 cm³
                 or 27.8 ml
CALCULATION
Step 1 – write down the formula
 Load X distance of load = effort X distance of effort

Step 2 – substitute with the relevant values
 5 N X 16 cm = Effort X 20 cm

Step 3 – solve the problem to get the answer
 Effort = 5N X 16 cm
                         20 cm
  Effort           = 10 N
WORK DONE
 Work done =Force (N) X Distance (m)
 Work done = (52+28)x10N X 10 m
 = 800 N X 10 m
 = 8000Nm
 = 8000J
