THE ADVANTAGES :
We are using Caprolectum catalyst as a Raw material for our spools. Our Spools are
manufactured by centrifugal system wherein the polymerization takes place in the molten
stage. Due to direct polymerization our spools retain its stability even after long life period.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY
Comparision of CC spools with hylam, Nylon and paper steel spools
? CC Spools have higher tensile strength and better resilience than other spools due to
which it doesn't brake under impact during disc locking.
? The vents are provided for release of air packet formed during lap winding
? High precession jigs are used for balancing thereby improving the life of spools
? CC has high molecular weight making the spool inherently stable
? Other features like good toughness, self lubrication and wear resistance
enable CC spools to give two to three times more life than hylam and other

Recognizing fundamental requirements, the Shell is made out of Alloy
Steel which consists of high Chrome and medium Carbon. The End Bush
is made out of Alloy Steel with medium Carbon. Heat treatment process
