10. CHRONOLOGY OF OPERATIONS
May 22, 2010 -- MATES took over operations from
PNCC. Prior to this date SLTC-MATES had no
share in the toll fees collected by PNCC.
June 30, 2010 Date of implementation of the new
toll rates; voluntarily moved to July 7, 2010 in
deference to inauguration of Pres. Aquino.
July 5, 2010 Government through TRB asked for
postponement of new rate implementation. New
date was subsequently set for August 16, 2010.
August 13, 2010 Supreme Court issued a TRO
on rate increase in SLEX.
