Local shops can opt into Amazon's Local Shops program called Easy Ship to receive more customer orders from their neighborhood. To enable Local Shops, sellers go to their Shipping Settings in Seller Central and toggle the "Opt-in" button for Self Ship. They then select "Yes" to receive Easy Ship orders outside their usual delivery area and set the Self Ship template as their default shipping option to assign all existing offers.

Shipping Settings > Settings
Selected Self Ship > Toggle Opt-in button
Select Yes to receive Easy Ship orders outside the set delivery coverage for MFN. Select Yes to set Selected Self Ship template as default template on your seller account. Select Yes to assign all existing offers to Selected Self Ship template.
