Editor's Notes

• #3: This is the place where I’ve earned my bachelors degree. This place made me capable of understanding the business environment and planning business strategies. The University provided me with the knowledge that helps me to sustain in the competitive business world.
• #4: The centennial college is a place which is leading me towards my career goal. The courses that I’m taking as a full time student are catering me with the knowledge that could be practiced at the workplace. I’m proud to be a part of this college. The level of practical education provided about the business environment cannot be gained elsewhere than this college.
• #5: This place provided me the knowledge of the working environment. By experiencing the labour relations first hand, I’ve gained different methods of building relations with the management and labour force. I’ve also gained knowledge about the techniques used for retaining the employees from this workplace.This working experience is giving me an overview of my field of studies (HRM).
• #6: This is a picture when I was presenting at the Centennial College. By numerous presentations, I’ve gained a skill of communicating with a large number of audience. This practice of presenting in the class made me confident and clear communicator.
• #7: This is a picture of me with my Human Resource Management Professor Mr. SM. Hasan. He is one of the professor that has introduced me to the world of Human Resources. With his explanations and real life examples, I am clear about the basic roles of Human Resources in performing a job as a change agent.
