2. Accomplishments in
Highschool
I attended Blessed Mother Teresa
Catholic Secondary School and have
graduated from there in june 2008.
Throughout my four years there, I have
kept good academic standards. I had
some interest in music so I was in
music-band class for 4 years. I played
the Alto-clairnet.
When I graduated, I received an Ontario
Scholars award, Academic Excellence
Award and an Achievement in Music
Award.
With these three awards I have also
received the school champion award for
the Pascal test. It is a waterloo math
competition that was held at our school
in which I participated in. I was glad that
I took part in it as I did fairly well in it and
my result was high!
3. When I was in high school I had to do 40
volunteer hours so I took part in an
organization called `Helping the elderly
at Harmony Hall¨. In this organization I
helped the old aged people with the
things they need help in and assisted
them when they go on small trips.
One of the trip we went to was to a
church in Montreal.
This Is a picture of myself and another
helper there. Through this volunteer
experience, I learned to have more
patience with people; I have also became
a good listener. Working with the elderly
people taught me to be a responsible
person.
4. More Volunteer Experience´
To complete my 40 volunteer hours, I
had also volunteered at Emily Carr
Public School. Emily Carr Public School
was my elementary school that I
attended. At Emily Carr, I volunteered in
a kindergarten classroom. I helped the
children to read and I also looked after
them when they were doing activities. I
enjoyed being with the kids. They were
fun to be around with. I became more
talkative as I volunteered at this place.
While I was there, it was my
responsibility to organize the day for the
kids.
On my last day there, the kids and the
teacher threw me a party and gave me
a card and balloons as an appreciation
for helping them. This was probably one
of my best volunteer experience.
5. I attended Ryerson University and
received my Bachelor of Science Degree
in biology. I graduated in April 2012.
Throughout my years at the university, I
experienced a lot of new things. I met all
kinds of new people and made new
friends. By the time I graduated from
Ryerson, I had self confidence and
become more independent.
6. Work Experience
I now work at Noble Reign Inc. It is a
securities and communications
company. I was hired in summer
2012 as a Sales Administrative and
now they have promoted me to
being a supervisor. Within those few
months of working at Noble Reign, I
had huge responsibilities like helping
the customers with their problems
when they called in. I was basically
their tech support over the phone.
I learned all the work that was
required to be known in that place
very quickly. At the start, I was a
beginner and did not know anything
about the company; by the end of
two weeks I caught onto what has to
be done and how to do it.
