This allows for the planning and design of integrated architectural design treatment with structural function, incorporating systems design engineering and construction methods that result in an efficient, economical and visually pleasing parking facility using a synergistic and innovative approach with the integration of experienced and skilled architects and engineers. During his career RJPE has developed and applied numerous systems for a large range of construction types and functions from housing, parking garages, office buildings and hotels. Our experience and education in engineering and architecture, in combination with extensive construction experience, give RJPE an unusual ability and desire to participate in the creation of cost effective, efficient and creative solutions. Ronald James Parking Engineers consult to developers, contractors, registered architects and engineers in the planning, programming and design/development phases. The services could include all the phases of parking structures lifecycle through final construction documents, certification by licensed Architects or Engineers, including site inspections during construction upon request.
