Ms. Shobha Managoli- is a clinical psychologist and consultant in the field of training,
mentoring and clinical psychology. She currently conducts training program for different
target groups across society. She designs, develops training program for the same. She
has developed, delivered many customised training programs for different organizations
to a wide range of employee profile.
She has done her Masters from Jodhpur University (Rajasthan) and is M.Phil (Medical
and Social Psychology) from NIMHANS.Is a Master trainer, trained by International
Youth Foundation, Tavistock Institute and NCTE and UNFPA.
She has 25 years of work experience in training, mentoring, psychotherapy (group and
individual).
Her Core Beliefs in the field of training:
Almost 20 years of experience in the field of personal and organizational Change
Management (of which Training is an integral part) has strengthened and crystallized
some of the core beliefs:
 Do not give what I have, but give them what they want ---Hence listen to the
people and then plan
 Approach Training and Development with awareness of the best practices in
the todays global marketplace
 Conducting training in a systematic manner to cater the needs of the clients.
 Focus on client needs to design tailor-made programmes.
 "Reaching the unreached through the reached", is what she believes.

 She has been one of the facilitators who has completed 5 years of internship
under the ICC which was pioneered by Manab, served as Director as well as the
Associate Director of the conference. She has been instrumental in infusing the
strong need for theoretical orientation among the facilitator group

more than 100 modules on a wide range of topics to be delivered to the student

 Has founded Sukrut ---The Psychotherapeutic Centre and was its CEO from April 2008 to
Sept 2010.

o The Space-Experience & ExploreA proprietorship Firm for her clinical and other
allied work
o Relation Experts--- Advisory partner for initiating a series of workshop on
relation building.
o Parent of ---Head of the assessment team.
o Aikya---Anchor for the specially designed intense transformational program
called Pravesha for the youth of Karnataka.
o Prerna---Liasioning and conducting life skills training program for the NGO for
PUC students in 4 taluks ---Channapatna, Ramnagara, Kanakpura and Magadi.
 Re-cognition is a part of every individual Ms. Shobha Managoli has been awarded
the "Young scientist award in 1993 by the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology"
for a paper in "Behavioral Intervention in Stammering".
 Her contribution to the field of human resource was recognized by "Yuvachetana
Yuvajana Kendra in 2002" by conferring on her the Jana-Seva Award.

 Work on women issues.
