Implementation
 I advise to take a B-12 spray in Methylcobalamin
form since its the best absorbable form of B-12.
Many experts recommend ~2.3 MCG daily while this
may be too low. Dr. Mercolas B-12 spray gives
1,000 mcg in a 6-spray dose!
 As always, I advise to get tested first to determine if
deficiency is present, then seek out a local physician
who can accurately assess whether a supplement is
the best call to action. All humans are different based
on lifestyle factors, biological/genetic uniqueness,
