The document summarizes student submissions for Exercise 2 of an online course on social media crisis. It reports that 31 groups submitted analyses of crises at Jensen's B?fhus, Nestle, and Starbucks, with most following guidelines. Student use of theoretical concepts was rated as good or excellent by evaluators. While most groups referred to involved parties as "Actors," the document recommends using a more specific framework describing "Actors taking Actions on Artifacts" from course readings. Overall submission quality was deemed excellent, with logical evidentiary support. Individual feedback is provided in an attached excel file.

2. Exercise 2 (1) ¨C 31 submissions graded
? Social Media Crisis Investigated -> 4 groups chose Jensen¡¯s B?fhus, while Nestle
and Starbucks crisis having three each.
? Overall Submission Quality ¨C I am very happy that mostly all groups followed the
guidelines prescribed, indicating maturity of the students.
3. Reflections from Exercise 2 (2)
? Use of Theoretical concepts -> 72% of the submissions graded as good
and 28% excellent in use of theoretical concepts. The presentation of sequence of events
leading to the crisis was done extremely well in many of the groups.
? Need to use social data model from readings -> Majority of the
groups used term ¡°Actors¡±, However I would advice all to use the reading and describe the
events in terms of ¡°Actors¡± taking ¡°Actions¡± on ¡°Artifacts¡± in case you decide to use this in
your final project exams.
4. Reflections from Exercise 2 (3)

supported by evidence.
