This document discusses using social media marketing (SMM) on VKontakte, Facebook, and Instagram to promote a hotel in Finland. The main goals are to increase customer loyalty and sales. The target audience for the hotel uses these three social media platforms. After one month of promotion, the page members on each platform increased significantly. The website conversion rate also grew substantially, resulting in a 10% increase in total website sales.
