This document outlines a campus engagement program to promote Bristlecone as an employer. It involves setting up booths, distributing promotional items, and collecting student data. Posters and banners will ask students "What is Brist?" and direct them to a website. The website will provide information about Bristlecone's culture without revealing its name until students register. Registered students will learn about jobs through interactive "cards" and be encouraged to share contact details. The goal is to build awareness of Bristlecone and connect with students emotionally so they feel proud to work there.

There will be posters , Roll up standees , Human Banners wearing banners and standing
Outside the campus , We will be setting up a booth in campus saying Brist booth-
Here we will distribute T- shirt , caps and different collaterals related to Bristand
whomsoever visit the stall will be asked to provide information about himself for DATA.
We will force students to think.!!!

This will help us to get the candidates details in advance and create a connect between
Bristlecone and student.

detail about the company. The information shared will be related to bristlecone
working environment and culture . This information will be displayed in very
casual and friendly manner to make them feel good and fill the contact details.
