This document outlines a proposed SMS-based charity fund called SMSJARDAM that would help people in need of urgent medical funding. Donors could contribute small amounts by texting to a short code, and applicants in need of urgent medical help could apply online or offline. An administering charity or NGO would review applications, display donation and spending reports for transparency, and ensure funds are used correctly to treat applicants. The goal is to engage users through low-cost announcements to help those in urgent need of medical funding.
