This customer survey asked pool users how they heard about the pool, how they received any vouchers, what made them choose that particular pool offer, what influenced their choice of pool, how often they used the pool, and whether they would use it again. It also asked for feedback on their experience and what could encourage more frequent swimming, as well as collecting customer profile information.
#7: *1) Too expensive for a swim. 2) Not enough general swim sessions so have to use another pool very annoying. 3)Well possibly - The dressing room area is in serious need of cleaning and modernising. It's very offputting.
