Expanding Garbage Landfills are a threat to the environment. There is a lot of useful/recyclable stuff in this waste. The entire waste disposal system can generate employment and empower millions. The Idea is to use technology and internet to bridge gaps and make the system work with a Social and Environmental Impact. The IDEA Mandur Landfill, Bangalore, India
MOBILE APP TO CONNECT PEOPLE & WASTE MANAGEMENT VENDORS WMW Mobile App People can sign up through the App, Provide their address, payment details etc and schedule a waste pick-up. The App requires access to Mobile Internet and Location.
SEGGREGATION GOOD FOR THE PLANET EASY FOR THE VENDORS WMW Mobile App End users pay Vendors to dispose off few categories of waste and Vendors pay the End Users for few categories of waste.
CONNECTING TO THE VENDORS WMW Mobile App A vendor database is maintained, the servers match the Waste Pick-up request and the vendor for that category in that locality will receive an SMS with the details of Pick-up location and contact details.

A CO-OPERATIVE, ORGANIZED ECOSYSTEM FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT VENDORS Social IMPACT •WMW will work as a Community driven, Co- Operative Ecosystem and Empower the Waste Management system . •Create Entrepreneurs in supply chain, logistics, recycling and waste processing. •Generate Employment in Business Processing, Technology, Operations, Marketing etc.

RECYCLING AND PROCESSING WILL REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF WASTE BEING DUMPED IN LANDFILLS Environmental IMPACT •Dispose waste in one click. •Waste can be processed instead of being burnt, this reduces Carbon foot-print. •Recycling Paper products can help save trees. •Organic Manure can be manufactured by processing wet waste. •Water pollution due to improper waste disposal can be checked.
