In addition to winning three Silvers, TDG is proud to have designed

6. By leveraging the popular New Moon character (Edward Cullen),
Martinsburg Mall recorded, edited and posted a video featuring
key merchandise in the center.

9. A Black Friday Promotion
Rather than have a radio DJ do a live remote. We gave the DJ a smartphone signed
into Facebook, Twitter and Hootsuite. His job was to wander the mall stores from 4am
to 10am tweeting and posting early bird sales and uploading photos. He also
responded to customer questions and would personally hunt for items.
10. Redefining Mall Guest Services
Guest Services became virtual as their service for the mall included Social Media.
