During DareFest Conference in Antwerp, Belgium, Liliana David and James Priest held an short, hands on workshop where they presented the key decision making patterns in Sociocracy 3.0: Role Selection, Proposal Forming, Consent Decision making and practised with a fictive scenario in a fish-bowl format. Last part of the workshop was a brief introduction to patterns for optimizing flow of information in organisations (Backbone and Fractal Organisational Structure).
