1. Specify and write down all problems that need to be tackled
2. Divide problems that relate to the content (i. e. finding
lecturers, teaching quality) and organizational aspects (fees,
accountanty, marketing, finding clients etc.)
3. Find lecturers who are passionate about their subject (i.e.
via interviews)
4. Search for passionate people among her friends, who would
be ready to help and then expand her contacts
5. Talk with the lecturers personally
6. Arrange a meeting to present the current problems of
starting a new business to all involved persons
7. Motivate people by presenting them the system of the online-
