1) The document summarizes two sound design tasks completed using the program Garage Band.
2) For the first task, footage was edited into Garage Band to add horror-themed music and sound effects, though more practice with the program was needed.
3) The second task required recreating sounds from a video using Garage Band's pre-set options, which was challenging but helped improve skills with the software.

Sound Design Evaluation
First design sound task
Our first sound test was a footage around the school as a practice to help us
get used to the program garage band. The footage we took was mainly
focused on something that we could create background music out of and
not what angle shot we used. Once we took our footage we placed it into
garage band to make sounds and different effects. Before we started to edit
we explored garage band as it was a new programme to us. We looked at all
the features and started to mix it with other sounds and effects. Then
watched over the footage to come up with an idea whether it was going to
be a comedy or a horror. We ended up doing horror as it related to the
footage we took and it matches up. We started to look at the suspense
features and we manage to create some sounds but we didn’t actually finish
it as we where new to the programme and we had a set time to do it all.
Overall I like how we can get different effects but it will take time to get
used to the programme .
The dark night sound task
This was another task using garage band but this time we had to recreate
the sounds using the different sounds on the programme. At first it was
difficult to come up with sounds, as there was only limited amount that we
could choose from that sounded similar. I managed to develop my skills on
garage band for other uses from doing this task. For example my two
minute starting of a horror film. I managed to pick up on it after playing the
clip a few times to see if it matches with the video as it plays along.
