This is a fire inspection checklist for children to use to inspect their home for fire safety risks with the help of a grown-up. The checklist includes items like electrical cords, smoke alarms, escape routes, space heaters, and other potential fire hazards. For each item, the child marks the corresponding circle green if it's safe, yellow if they're unsure, or red if it's unsafe so grown-ups know what needs to be addressed to improve safety.
