Our VISION To be the leader in initiating actions and engagements towards better changing peoples¡¯ lives and the environment by tapping resources of fellow Paulinians, and establish strategic partnerships with the business and civil society groups, the government and non-government sectors for sustainability and development.
Our MISSION SPCD-HS Batch¡¯87 is committed to creating opportunities for sustainable communities and its environment by pro-actively engaging with fellow Paulinians, the civil society groups, the academe, the government, the business sector, and the general public.
Our GOALS To assist batch mates and fellow Paulinians in need by creating opportunities and systems for sustainable livelihood; To assist local communities and its environment through community-based approaches and judicious resource mobilization for sustainable results;
Our GOALS To build local, national, and international network and cooperation among Paulinians that actively collaborates with the civil society, the government, and the business groups for the formulation of effective programs for sustainable community development;
Our GOALS To constantly create efficient management structure anchored on integrity for transparent and smooth implementation of programs designed to continually respond to the needs of conserving the environment and creating sustainable communities among the assisted groups;
Our GOALS To share to the communities reached how the Paulinian spirit works for peoples¡¯ transformation and progress through values integration; To assist communities in producing and developing products from indigenous raw materials and create for them market linkages and enterprise development opportunities;
Our CORE VALUES INTEGRITY . Will be foremost in all our dealings with fellow Paulinians, the civil society groups, the academe, the communities we aim to serve, the government, and the general publics. RESOURCEFULNESS in getting what needs to be done for our fellow Paulinians and the local communities needing help and immediate attention.
Our CORE VALUES RESPONSIVENESS . Take active role, individually and collectively, in conserving and nurturing God¡¯s creation to enable the coming generations experience the vastness of our resources if we take care of them.
Our CORE VALUES HOME-FOCUSED . Development initiatives and interventions must start at home since a totally healthy home equals totally healthy communities.
SPCD-HS Batch¡¯87 Assn. Organizational Structure > Board of Directors . Will be composed of eleven (11) members from SPCD-HS Batch87 graduates. This will compose the following: Chairman, BOD ¨C 1 Vice-Chairman, BOD ¨C 1 Members¨C 7 (7 committee heads) Secretary¨C 1 Treasurer - 1 > General Membership of SPCD HS ¨C Batch 1987 Graduates , Dumaguete Paulinians at large, and the communities reached.
