5. Kabaddi/Kaudi Kaudi
Popular game
Played by two teams
One of the player from the one group go to
the other one and the other group has to
catch him and his goal is to touch one of them
and run hurriedly back to his group
7. Gulli Danda/Deeti Dana
Two sticks are used, one as a Gulli and the
other as a Danda.
Gulli is kept on the ground, on a slight edge so
it is tilted while the man raises up with the
danda and strikes it to throw it as far as
possible.
The fielders fetch the gulli and try to throw it
back to the batting circle
9. Pitthu Garam/Peetu Peetu
Pitthu is known for all the excitement
aiming, running, catching, hitting, and even
harmless violence
The game is played by two teams and requires
a ball and some stones that will be assembled
to form a tower.
11. Kanchay/Chidday
Most popular game in rural areas
It is played with marbles which have to be
aimed into the holes in the ground.
It is played with fingers.
This is played on dirt, getting all your hands
and clothes dirty in the process.
13. Patang Baazi/Basant
This sport is played by children and adults
both as one teams fly their kites and cut the
other teams kites with the thread
As the other teams kites fall down on the
ground, the kite looters run away with them.
Its all an exciting time, full of spirit
17. Kith Kith
See an open surface and a chalk to draw
Lets play Kith Kith!
A popular playground game in which players
toss a small object into numbered spaces of a
pattern of rectangles outlined on the ground
and then hop or jump through the spaces to
retrieve the object.
19. Polo
Polo is the most favorite game in Gilgit-Baltistan
region of Pakistan
Polo is a team sport played on horseback.
The objective is to score goals against an
opposing team. Players score by driving a small
white plastic or wooden ball into the opposing
team's goal using a long-handled mallet.
