The sprint is a five-day process for answering critical business questions through
design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers gv.com
The Sprint process was originally developed to test ideas with start-ups Google
Ventures had invested in.
Sprints are especially useful when there is something at stake (a big challenge), you
have little time available (a tight deadline), and/or youre just plain stuck and need to
rejuvenate your project.
