KEY PROJECTS EXECUTED:  Forward Mounted Base Project for QP: Forward Mounted Base Platforms (FMBs) which consists of 2 No’s of jackets, Boat landing structures, interconnecting bridge and associated piles totaling 8,500 MT, including Load-Out, sea fastening and Topsides Installation support (3 Million M-Hr).  Lift Boat (Al Safliya) for Gulf Drilling International (GDI): The 6500 MT ORCA 2500 class liftboat is equipped with four tubular legs, a unique 200-ton leg encircling crane and a 50-ton pedestal crane, a large open deck space of around 8,611 square feet (800 square meters), a helideck, and accommodation capacity for 130 persons (4.8 Million M-Hr).  Mud Tanks for Saipem’s Land rigs: The project involves fabrication, pre-assembly and delivery of 5 set’s mud tank units (1,200T) for DrillMec S.p.A (Italy) for their end clients SAIPEM (Saudi) and Iraq Drilling Company.  Leg Extension for Rig V-351: Leg erection, system commissioning and drilling equipment for previously constructed the Letourneau 116E designed jack up rig V351. A total of 1,800T of installation work, 70m on each of the 3 legs has being carried out in stages.  Fabrication of Piles of Barzan Gas Project: Fabrication of two sets of offshore structural steel piles (700MT) each measuring 118m with a diameter of 2.2m, as well as upper and bottom pile guides (100MT) including loading out and sea-fastening for Hyundai (First Offshore Project for NKOM). Piping Engineer, Oct’ 2010 – Dec’ 2013 Nakilat-Keppel Offshore and Marine, Qatar.  Assigned responsibility to develop state-of-the-art pipe work facility with capital expenditure (CAPEX) exceeding US$ 50 Million. Based on the facility dimensions, the work flow production lines were designed for achieving high productivity with optimum use of resources.  Developed highly competent welding team who are nurtured to produce zero defects in non-ferrous alloys and convinced the management to provide skill retention allowances to motivate the workers.  Conducted several in-house trainings to educate the work force and contractors on the methods to be adopted to achieve high productivity through defect free welding and elimination of re-work. Achieved less than 1% repair rate and set benchmark in the company.  Possess in-depth knowledge in fabrication of CuNi, SS, Duplex, Super duplex, GRE piping and double walled piping for High Pressure fuel gas lines.  Enforce SOP’s, permit to work system & Risk Assessments prior commencing of daily activities.  Managing Prefabrication and installation activities carried out by subordinates and contractors’, ensuring the scope of work is achieved in accordance with contract requirements with in schedule and budget, and in compliance with specifications / standards.  Allocation of manpower, material and equipment for achieving daily plan for various projects in yard based on department targets in line with project schedules.  Verifying test packs and pre-commissioning plans and procedures in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.  Ensure the productivity and quality of the fabricated spools is in line with department KPI’s.  Managed world’s first ME-GI conversion project i.e. use of LNG as a fuel for slow speed Diesel engines by complex retro-fitting of ME Type Gas Injection (ME-GI) on the Q-Max vessel Rasheeda, which includes fabrication of dual wall duplex pipes for fuel gas transfer to the main engine. Piping Engineer, Oct’ 2009 – Sep’ 2010 Dyna-mac Engineering Services pte ltd., Singapore  Overall in charge for piping works in BP PSVM FPSO Topside modules in Dyna-Mac Pandan Yard.  Project Planning, execution, manpower requirements, Procurement and material delivery schedules (MTO) coordination. - 3.  Coordinating, Managing and overseeing yard workforce and subcontractors to execute piping fabrication, installation, testing and pre-commissioning for FPSO Topside Modules as per Specifications and standards.  Completed fabrication and load-out of all the Top Side Modules for BP’s PSVM FPSO ahead of schedule, which includes 19 Modules and 5 Pipe racks weighing 18,237 MT, demonstrated exceptional Team work to complete this complex and stringent time bound project in a span of 1 year. Piping Engineer (Production & QC), June’ 2007 – Oct’ 2009 Larsen & Toubro Pvt Ltd (Heavy Engineering Division), Visakhapatnam, India. Project: INS Arihant (India’s 1st nuclear powered submarine – New Built)  Carrying out various inspections as per approved Quality & Measurement Plans, offered in piping & getting it cleared by client.  Implemented on-line inspection & protocol management system to optimize the work process.  Allocating daily work to the subcontractors as per the weekly plan received from execution team, arranging the material and manpower for smooth and uninterrupted work flow.  Discussing with design team regarding obstacles that come across during installation and proposing the best alternatives.  Maintain a record of all the updated drawings, Drawing Change Requisition, Drawing Amendment Form, Protocols and get prepared for internal Audits.
