The group's main business is State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, a mutual insurance firm that also owns the other State Farm companies. The firm specialized in auto insurance for farmers, and later expanded its services into other types of insurance, such as homeowners and life insurance, and to banking and financial services. New Life Product Implementation Project is to implement a new life product in some of the states in US. These features were implemented as a result of feedback from both customers and agent to meet their expectations. There were also some of the legislative changes that were implemented in some of the states in US. The upgrade has made the agent and the customer care executives view their application and underwrite it with ease. This also involved getting the form codes from the DB and analyzing for the valid ones.
