SNS can increase interaction and engagement between students and professors outside of class time. Students can share thoughts and questions on SNS daily, allowing the professor to understand students' perspectives better and for students to review lessons. This can help students focus more in the next class. SNS also allows for anonymous participation, which some students may find more comfortable, and enables contact with more people outside of class to widen perspectives.
