WhatsApp released an app for PC called WhatsApp for PC that allows users to use WhatsApp on their computer by connecting to their phone. The app was developed using Embarcadero Delphi XE5 and stores data in an encrypted Oracle database with a 10MB size limit. The app was scanned by Kaspersky Anti-Virus and found to be clean and safe to use.
