The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (MEDTU) has published a notice regarding procedures for registration of service centers for registration operations. According to Order No. 601 of the MEDTU dated May 12, 2004, registration of such centers is assigned to the State Tax Administration. The notice provides details on the mechanism for registration of centers for technical servicing of registration operations (the Register), including inclusion of centers authorized to conduct technical servicing and repair of registration equipment in the Register, and inclusion of centers in the Register with respect to certain types of activities. The project on procedures for registration was submitted to relevant state authorities and included in the State Register of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
