My Definition of Strategy	Strategy is the set of plans that is adopted by a company in order to achieve its long-term goals.
Mission, Vision and Business ModelMission: the reason why the company exists.Vision: where the company sees itself in the future.Business Model: the methods used by the company in order to make revenue.Strategy is tightly related to business plan. Strategy determines the business plan to be used. A company uses specific methods(business model) to execute its plan(strategy) which in result helps the company to fulfill its goals.	A companys strategy is the path to reach its vision.
Konami Corporation is a leading developer, publisher and manufacturer of electronic entertainment properties, specializing in the home video game market.	Most known products of the company are Pro Evolution Soccer, Silent Hill and Metal Gear Series.
Vision: To be a global entertainment company.Mission: 	To continue to provide pleasure to all ages and to maintain a high level of competitiveness within each business.Strategy:	To develop next generation leader.	To build a solid organizational structure to continually produce hit content and to maximize earnings from each hit content.	To establish the value of KONAMIs brand.In Order to EstablishStable growth and realization of high profits/dividend.
