This document proposes a concept for addressing overcrowding and traffic congestion in major cities by utilizing parallel universes and space-time engineering. The author defines parallel universes as segmented locations in space that contain isolated bodies of matter. A proposed software called the Space Generator would create 20,000 parallel universes by counting from 1 to 20,000 and synchronizing with real space-time using another program called J-Earth. People could then access these universes through a wireless Zero-Time network running a program called W-Global to avoid collisions between users transitioning between universes. The author believes this system could solve problems of overpopulation and congestion through the infinite capacity for parallel universes provided
