The document discusses the STaR Chart, which is used by Texas schools to self-assess progress toward technology integration goals. It outlines the STaR Chart's competencies and provides state statistics that show most schools are developing or early in infrastructure and administration support. It also gives statistics for Summerwood school that show progress in each competency from 2007 to 2009.
