INFO’
The construction of a modern basketball stadium will serve many of the sport teams in
Netanya.
The stadium will include 3,000 seats on 4 floors. 360 of them will be folding seats, to be
folded during hand ball games (leaving 1,840 places for these games). The first floor will
have 710 seats, the 2nd floor will have 450, the 3rd floor will have 365 (of which 180 will
be folding seats) and the 4th floor will have 365 (of which 180 will be folding seats).
In addition, there will be a special floor for media with 60 seats, a "Golden Member"
floor with 190 seats and a VIP floor with 60 spacious seats.
The Stadium will be built over 6,545 gross sqm, of which 5,945 will be divided into:
1,500 sqm for the seats and 970 for the game area. There will also be a main lobby,
including rest rooms and cloak rooms for the spectators spread over 485 sqm. Additional
lobbies and passages will cover 500 sqm. 75 are allocated for a VIP and Golden member
club, 210 for a café and cafeteria, 500 for a gym and additional activity rooms will be
spread over 450 sqm.
On match days, there will be separate entrances for the teams with quick and
convenient access to the dressing rooms. Every team will have direct access to the game
floor from the dressing rooms – through separate passages. The entrance for the
spectators will lead to the main lobby, free of charge. There they can enjoy the services
of the cafeteria and café.
INFO’
On non match days, the stadium will be used by three main bodies: the home team
for practice, the members of the gym and the additional activity rooms will be
used for various activities.

As the capital City of Sport in Israel, it is only natural that Netanya should have such
a basketball stadium. This stadium can also be used as a platform for the martial
arts. One of Netanya's City Council members, in charge of sports, is the Israeli
champion and silver medalist of the European Judo Games. He is captain of the
Israeli Judo team, has played in the Athens Olympic Games and is now training for
the London Olympic Games. We believe and aspire to host international Judo
games here in Netanya, in future years.

                    Naming the Stadium: $8,000,000
$1,600,000 have already been raised by the "Sport-Toto" organization
