entrepreneurial health care, biotechnology and clean tech companies. We work closely with our
clients to implement strategic IR programs designed to effectively manage communications with the

Job Qualifications
Previous office experience and a college
degree are both required. Keen attention to
detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize,
teamwork and experience working with
Microsoft Office are essential. Candidate
must have excellent phone skills and be
comfortable pitching events and meetings to
investors over the phone.

Job Description

Entry-level analyst at a boutique investor
relations firm. The individual will assist
account teams by managing e-mail
distribution lists, assisting with targeting
analyses and data downloads, maintaining
calendars of industry events, scheduling
investor meetings and entry-level event
planning. Responsibilities also include
maintaining and updating contact
databases, answering phones and general
administrative duties. Excellent opportunity
to learn about investor relations and the
health care, biotechnology and clean tech
industries and an ideal position for a recent
college grad.
