- 5. SESSION 00 Confluence People with their individual uniqueness come together in this informal session to know each other and authentically relate with each other. ORIENTATION Orienting everybody towards the weekly goals and mega collaboration project. Action plan and collaboration tools for working and keeping each other accountable will be shared. SESSION 01 Active Listening & Reflection Everything starts from listening. It is base skill for every thing you want to learn.
