IT IS THE RIGHT TIME FOR CHANGES

For DEMOCRATICAL changes
WHAT WE HAVE HAD

   in search of its own identity
WHAT WE HAVE HAD

 Old cultural management has been kept
the struggle for survival start
The model of cultural financing hasnt
change
   Culture wasnt adapted to market
    economy
WHAT WE HAVE HAD

 Civil dialog: what it was?
 What it have to be?
WHAT HAS CHANGED?

   European identity is perceived by much of the
    population as a logical development of the
    historical process
   There is a need to develop the market of cultural
    "goods" and services
   Civil society calls for active participation in the
    management of cultural process
WHAT WE HAVE TO CHANGE FIRST OF ALL?

 To make an efficient mechanism of
  cultural heritage protection
 To create an integrated information
  system on cultural data collection and
  analysis.
 To implement ICT in all cultural sectors

 To increase the management skills of the
  cultural managers
 Draw public attention to cultural issues.
  Making the large debate on each cultural
