1. COMBINED TALENTS Natural talents are identified by the Strengthsfinder 2.0 survey. These talents may be based in genetics, environment, early experience input from sight, hearing and, to some lesser extent, taste, touch and smell. For the most part, they are not created by specific intent.
2. COMBINED TALENTS SKILLS KNOWLEDGE STRENGTHS Without an understanding of our existing talents, we develop skills and knowledge without knowing if it will pay off. The intersecting of all three become real strengths.
3. SKILLS We can always grow our skill set intentionally. However, to build true strength we need to know the direction in which to do so, i.e. by growing them toward our existing talents.

5. COMBINED TALENTS SKILLS WITHOUT THAT UNDERSTANDING, OUR SKILLS CAN BE EXPANDED, BUT THEY STILL WILL NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR TALENTS AND WILL NOT LEAD TO MUCH STRENGTH.
