Position: Structural Design Engineer Job Type: Permanent Location: Teesside Salary: 贈35,000 - 贈50,000 pa (Depending on experience level) Benefits: TBC Job Description Our client is a well-established design & engineering company managing projects for companies in the Oil & Gas Sector and is actively involved with worldwide projects as well as recently securing long term expansion plans into the South East Asian market. Due to the continued development of their business and continued focus towards new projects they are now looking to recruit Structural Design Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a team of experienced Structural Engineers on the design of offshore topside projects and will be degree qualified in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineers with experience in the design of 2D & 3D steel structures in accordance with recognised national codes and standards. You must have a working knowledge of structural design codes like BS5950, Eurocode, AISC and ideally have some working knowledge of general offshore standards however fully training can be provided. Experience or an understanding in the use of design packages such as STAAD.Pro structural analysis suite or ABAQUS is essential. This is a very exciting career opportunity for design engineers with structural experience to move into or progress their careers within the oil and gas sector.
