The children completed a unit on sustainability and consumption where they designed structures, worked as a team to create solid designs, and provided detailed explanations of their structures and consideration of materials and the environment. They demonstrated creativity and in-depth understanding of the environment and different materials in their great stories to explain their structures and how they would meet consumer needs and needs for survival.
