SUBIC HOUSE
- 1. This house is one of the only eight homes in SBMA that is reserved for the captains during the time the Americans controlled the base. It is located right next to the house of Senator Richard Gordon, and other direct neighbors are Senator Mar Roxas, the Fores family of Makati Medical Hospital fame, and among others, two houses belong to Mrs Mccabe, the sister of President Ramos.
- 2. As you know in a naval base it is the captain that is the head and this area was the one that was reserved for them then. The potentials for this house are: 1. as a private home 2. as a corporate resort home to be used by corporate officers for small seminars or private meetings.
- 3. The house has: 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, a lanai, a clean kitchen, and a dirty kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 t&b, a maids room, a drivers room and a 2-4 car garage

- 6. This leased area has one of the biggest backyards in the whole base. There are fruit trees in the backyard, this is an area of expansion and it is over 2,500 square meters, but still need to be landscaped. It is also situated in the best area of the base, for if we cut the tops of the trees, we will have a view of both the sea and the mountains.
