PPTS provided various services including call scheduling, website creation and SEO, a ticketing system integrated with NetSuite, lead generation, and a custom email blasting tool. They also added Spanish-speaking support. This resulted in significant yearly growth in both accounts and revenue for Crystal Building Care over this period. PPTS expects to further automate processes and help Crystal Building Care expand to new states by 2020 while maintaining optimal costs.
