Mr. Singh has more than 20 years experience in process engineering and in directing and managing process improvement initiatives. Mr. Singhs experience includes implementing changes across multi-national organizations; mentoring and preparing organizations for SCAMPI SM appraisals; and directing, managing, and integrating many full life-cycle system & software developments. Experience also includes Quality Assurance; formulating strategic approaches to develop systems engineering/software solutions; and establishing procedural frameworks and building teams to achieve high levels of performance. Dr. Collettis military and civilian backgrounds include personnel management, logistics, defense programs analysis, cliometrics, information systems, decision analyses, homeland security risk assessment, and automated reasoning.
