• Escalate technical problems or issues to higher level support for resolution while

issues by using Tivoli & IBM-Ayudame tool.
 Network Operations Center
• Monitoring Critical/Major alerts generated on Tivoli tool & escalates to related team to
rectify issue.

import of complete device entries.

operating system, virtual hardware and change tickets.
