Key Responsibility Area’s:
 Customer Care:
Handling customer issues/requests related to their service on call.
 IT-Service Desk:
• Monitor and regular updates on trouble tickets, monitor different kind of applications-
Tivoli/non Tivoli based
• Escalate technical problems or issues to higher level support for resolution while
providing regular updates to the user, maintain incident/problem Service Level (SLA)
 Centralized Technical Support:
• Provide network fault diagnostic on live network to resolve problems
• ID management in AD/SSL/VPN servers
• Free & licensed Software install/uninstall
• Attend to user’s service calls and enquiries and to provide maintenance service support
to users - effectively in a timely manner
• Provide regular reports and documentations to users after completion of service incident
handling
• Resolve remotely/on desk OS-XP/7, IE, Citrix, Crystal, MS-Office, Outlook mail related
issues by using Tivoli & IBM-Ayudame tool.
 Network Operations Center
• Monitoring Critical/Major alerts generated on Tivoli tool & escalates to related team to
rectify issue.
• Monitor data on putty.
• Publish Incident data daily to maintain ticket quality.
 Security Asset ant Risk Management
 SARM: SysReg Management:
• Management of basic record data, including direct basic record management and initial
import of complete device entries.
• Management of hardware data, including resp. contacts, client assignment, hardware
state and location.
• Management of system data, including resp. contacts, client assignment, system state,
operating system, virtual hardware and change tickets.
• Management of system IP data, including IP and IP network addresses.
• Management of application/tool data, including resp. contacts, application/database
data and systems management/security management tool data.
• Management of contract/service level data including service level, client
contract/account ID and hardware guarantee and maintenance data.
 SARM: User ID Revalidation:
Privilege Authorization Review activity for systems
• User id Labeling and Clean Up activity
• Intermediate Code Management
• Publishing User id provisioning/De-provisioning SLA Report-Monthly and Weekly
• Assisting SA & D Process for User id, Sysreg and Healthcheck.
• Sysreg Reconciliation
• Co-ordination with Sysadmin,Wintel,Middleware,Database/Stage,Netwok,Application
teams
 SARM: QEV/CBN/ID Validation activity:
Generate report & analyze to accomplish process requirements
