Nguyen Binh Hau is a 28-year-old male from Gia Lai province, Vietnam. He received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Ho Chi Minh City and a degree in Mechatronics from the University Technology Ho Chi Minh City. His goals are to become a good engineer in mechatronics within two years and long term employment stability and overseas learning opportunities. He has work experience as an installation and maintenance engineer and now works as a project engineer designing electrical systems and programming PLCs. Reading good mechanical and electrical drawing There are a lot of ability: Quality Control, Writting to plc Rockwell (RS 5000, RS 500, Factory talk view) .Siemen ( s7 300, s7 400, with siemen TIA..) and Scadar Wonderware (Intouch, Aschestra),Drawing to machine with AUTOCAD 2d or 3d,Inventor,Pro engineer. - Soft ability: Working team is very good Ability to work independently and good decision making skills. Communication and good presentation Ability to grasp and to solve problems are effectively. Can work in high pressure environments. - Ability computer-Languages: Foreign Language: EngLish Computer skills:to be fluenly about Microsoft Office,Outlook, Internet, the basics of specialized software such as:Autocad 2007,Inventor 2012, Pro / ENGINEER Wildfire, Photoshop 件Programming c+ of AVR or 89c. EXPERIENCE: 件I have worked in THP group with Installation and Maintenance position since 03/ 2010 to 2012 year ago. Beginning , I was a Installation and had to install label , filler, making block ,FBI , centrifuge ,and transformation machine of line 2, line 3 Namking 1, 2 and 3 with technician from China , Germany , Italia , we desinged support for machines and connected between two machines by conveyors then we connected with the electricity , inverter ,plc ( siemen plc, Danfoss inverter) to control pump. Of course about the electrical system them had the support.After that, near to one year, I changed to Maintenance position to repair all of machines in company that I installed 件Near to the middle of 2012 year , I leaved Tan Hiep Phat group and had come to Operator ,Mantenance of Masan group since 2012 to the end of 2013 year, I operated some machines such as : label, filler, kister,umcramberler ,cosmopast ,weight.. that are KSH company from Germany.When I worked at Masan company I learned TPM ( total prepare maintenance), Kaizen(focus improvements)...
- 3. SUMMARY OF MYSELF 件Now Im a project engineer season at Quoc Viet company to designing electrical system and writing Rockwell ( rs5000, factory talk view ,intouch wonderware) plc. I have attended some Nestle project (chiller ,maggi) and Crowndn project (EOE, Nichker,Washer..), pulled power and control for Tran QUAN COFFEE new factory. More over , after worked, I learned progame siemmen plc ,visua situdio ,writing c for AVR , ATMEGA Microcontrollers because I love robocon. 件Some times, I designed 3d autocad, 3d inventor for may friend project or my company when they need it. SOCIAL ACTIVITIES: -Participate in the collective activities of the company and the company organized movements such as on health, environment and corporate football. -Active Member programs and field trips and class self-organization. - At 05/2009, involved Robocon and participate with the school's teams reached the finaly national, contributing structure of designed robots to help my schools team wining the championship Robocon 2009 and was been reward Personality: I am very imprinted, cheerful, energetic, organized, sense of humor and a sense of responsibility, like honesty. I always enthusiastic participation in all activities such as: summer green, cultural exchange, picnic ... that helps me get along and better communicate. Hobbies: -I like sports, especially football, I like the club Man_United. In my free time, I like to listen to music foreigns and read newspapers on the internet, I was very active in the trips. - I like to research about auto electrical and auto mecannical that I dont know them.
