A New SunnydaleThis major intersection will be the new main entry point to one of San Francisco’s most exciting new neighborhoods, designed by Van Meter Williams Pollack, Architecture/Urban Planning.
A New SunnydaleIn this main public area of the neighborhood, residents will be able to grow their own fruits and vegetables at the Community Farm, buy produce at the Grower’s Market, or just relax in the Park.
A New SunnydaleSetbacks will be generous along Sunnydale Avenue, allowing for much landscape, bike & walking paths, stoop entries, and views uphill toward McLaren Park.
A New SunnydaleSeveral open park areas such as this one will be included in the plan, giving the neighborhood residents walking access from one part of the project to another—or just a place to watch the kids play.
A New SunnydaleA spectacular view of San Francisco Bay will be possible from this vantage point at the new Community Center located at the top of the site near McLaren Park.
