Super Natural is a drink company that has been serving since 2000 and employs 50,000 people. In June 2014, a TV channel claimed there was plastic in Super Natural's drinks. The company immediately offered to serve drinks in glass for safety and held a press conference to say an incident was not possible at their production facility. They recalled all products from the date in question and used media tools to communicate openly about the situation.

WHO WE ARE ? Super Natural brand serves since 2000. The main product along with Super Natural ice tea, water is available as a byproduct. Our company has 50.000 employees, 2 million production and 5 million daily sales. Our company is strong with quality and the best taste.
WHAT 聴S HAPPEN聴NG? In 06 June, CNN Turk Tv channel claimed that there is a plastic cover inside our product. The first action, we offered drink in glass for your healthy and safety. We understand that event are not possible in our production facility. After this, we use open and clearly communication method.
OUR RESPONS聴B聴L聴TES 6 June 2014, CNN TURK tv channel published a new: Super Natural bugs in the drink. Our first action is publishing the special offer : Please drink in glass for your safety and healty. We take this responsibility at the same day we held a press conference. There was no possibility that such an event production. All our possibility focus on the companys reputation and consumer protection. We acted responsibly and we intive to our consumers to our production facility.
We recall all products dated 6 June production and was submitted for rewiev. In the process of analysis, we have used all the media tolls effectively.
