The document describes how to make a "super starch" liquid that behaves differently than normal liquids when punched or pushed. It lists the ingredients as cornstarch, measuring cup, spoon, bowl and water. The instructions say to mix cornstarch and a small amount of water into a thick paste, knead it, then punch or slowly push fingers into it. Unlike water, this starch mixture will not make a mess when hit due to how the water molecules are forced between cornstarch grains, causing it to temporarily solidify upon impact.

2. PUNCHING THIS LIQUID
Have you ever tried punching water?
Yes!
Did it make a mess?
Yes!
Try punching this liquid.
Will it make a mess?
3. I’LL SHOW YOU THE THINGS YOU’LL NEED…
You will need:
 Cornstarch
 A measuring cup
 A spoon
 A bowl
 And some water
4. …AND HOW TO MAKE IT
 Put one cup of cornstarch in the bowl
 Add about ¼ - ½ a cup of water and mix to a thick paste
 Just knead it for a while
 Stop kneading and give it a quick punch
 Very slowly, push your fingers through.
5. WHY IT HAPPENS
As it stands, the mixture is just a liquid –it’s just water with powder floating in it. However, when you hit
it, the water molecules are forced into the middle of each grain of powder, so the mixture is solid.
