He has received many awards for his business success and charitable work through organizations like the Social Advancement Foundation of India and P.M. Foundation. Welcome, all the Supporters of Galfar Mohamed Ali , this website is for those who needs a platform to showcase their, wishes, prayers, hope and support. This is a platform where all messages from the supporters of Galfar Mhamed Ali are published and let know our beloved Dr P Mohamed Ali that we are always there for him. Galfar Mohamed Ali, a peaceful and humble man, who carries on his business activity genuinely and passionately. He has contributed not only to Oman by founding Galfar Engineering and Contracting SAOG in the year 1972, which is now the largest private employer in Oman, and employees around 25000 people. Apart from this he has also founded Oman Dental college,Oman Medical College and many more. And for his home country India he started with Yenopoya University & Islamic Academy of Education, CSM Central School etc and his support continues. Always known for carrying out all his charitable activities silently, Galfar Mohamed Ali has founded The Social Advancement Foundation of India (SAFI) and the P.M. Foundation to help assist families and childrens with better education and to help communities develop through education. The man who started from scratch is now owner of a Multi-billion company and is also chairman of the Oman Petroleum Alliance (Oman).
In his journey, Galfar Mohamed Ali has received many awards from Indian, Omani government and others too for his work and social activities In the year 2001, Glasgow Caledonian University awarded him, honorary degree of Doctor of Science. Thus, changing his title from P Mohamed Ali to Dr P Mohamed ali. In year 2002 he was awarded with an Oman Civil Order by the representatives of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos, for contributing to Omans business sectors, as well as for his social and education initiatives. In 2004, the then Prime Minister of India, Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee presented Galfar Mohamed Ali, with the Pravasi Bharatiya Samman award. In 2013, he was honored with the Pravasi Diwas, by the President of India for his contributions to the hospitality sector, as well as his support in developing the Cochin International Airport. The recent one was, the Asian Business Leadership Forum Award (ABLF Award), for Business Courage in year 2013.
All his well-wishers and sympathizers from around the world are showing their support through messages and letters.
